FAQ
When do I pay?
When you book. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through, which keeps the admin simple for both of us.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is always free. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your shoot, you'll get a full refund. Inside 48 hours, you can still reschedule for free, but we can't offer a refund.
What if the weather's bad?
We'll keep an eye on the forecast, and if rain or wind would spoil the shoot, we'll move it to the next free day at no cost.
Which package should I choose?
Both is the best value for most businesses. You get photos and video from the same visit, so you're covered for your website and socials without booking twice. Still not sure? Give Iain a call on 0488 845 408 and we'll work it out together.
Do I need to be there?
It helps to have you or your team on site, especially for team shots and testimonials.
How do I prepare for the shoot?
We'll send you a simple checklist with your booking confirmation. It covers what to wear, what to have on hand and how to get your space ready for the camera.
Can you fly the drone anywhere?
We can only fly where it's legally allowed. Some areas near airports, parks or busy spots have restrictions. We check every location before the shoot, and if we can't fly, we'll let you know in advance.
Can I get changes after delivery?
Yes. Extra edits are $45 per hour.
